Producer Price Index (PPI)

Index measures the change in prices paid by producers for goods and raw materials necessary for the production process, and come in second place after the consumer price index, and when rising benchmark results mean that producers are paying higher prices of raw materials, which will be reflected in turn on the final prices of goods.

Release date:
Issued a month after 14 days of the end of the month in question.

Index to measure prices.

The impact of the index:

Average impact, and if the real value of the index when it is published larger than expected so that is a positive for the currency, but if the real value of the index when it is published less than expected, so that is a negative for the currency.
